Land of Gold is a Victorian based organisation that procures land in preparation for a real estate project.


A project can include: the restoration of a historical significant home, the conversion of a traditional home into affordable housing accommodation, the construction of a new town-house development for collective living, or the subdivision of land for a community home park.


Accredited, experienced and professional personnel are engaged to ensure that the highest integrity is achieved in all projects.

WHAT WE DO


Our process is to provide the land-owner with a higher price for their property, in exchange for a delayed payment of between six to twelve months*.


Within the 6-12 month period of time, Land of Gold commences with the restoration process and if required, engages a town planner to submit an application to the local city council for a development approval (D.A).


Land of Gold is responsible for all fees and costs associated with the restoration and D.A whilst the Land-owner continues to retain ownership of their property.


The average project has incurred restoration costs of up to $90,000 or D.A costs of up-to $180,000 and is also regarded as the 'Deposit' to the Land-owner in the transaction.


We call this process, a Land Option Agreement (LOA).
